Tickmarkd was built by AFFINIQ, a creative agency in Surat, India, to run its own clients. AFFINIQ still runs on it every day.
Why we built it
Like most agencies, we ran our clients on a mix of WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and email. One group per client, one for the team, designs forwarded back and forth, approvals buried in chat, and a planner that lived in a sheet nobody updated.
It worked, until it didn’t. Posts were missed. Designers worked from old versions. Clients asked what they’d got this month, and we had to scroll back through chats to answer.
So we built a tool that fits how Indian agencies actually work: clients who live on WhatsApp, content planned in sheets, GST invoices, Razorpay, and teams of five, not five hundred. Tickmarkd is that tool, now open to every agency.
