You move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted or locked: you keep your clients, plans and files, within the Free plan’s limits. Upgrade whenever you’re ready.

No. Sign up, use Growth free for 14 days, and only add payment details if you decide to stay on a paid plan.

Your logo, colours and name appear to clients, and on paid plans the portal can sit on your own domain. A small “Powered by Tickmarkd” badge shows on Free and Starter and disappears on Growth and above.

You share the planner. The client opens it on their phone, taps approve on each post or approves the whole month at once, and comments on anything that needs a change. Approved posts go straight to your design team as tasks.

Yes. Clients can record a voice note on a request or a design, just as they would on WhatsApp, and it stays attached to that job instead of getting lost in a chat.

Rupee prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Dollar prices are for agencies outside India.

The first 100 paying agencies get Growth at half price (₹1,249 or $24.50 a month) for the first 12 months, keep that price for 3 years, and get their first five clients set up for free.

Yes. You stay on your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free. See the Payments and Refunds policy for details.

Each agency’s data is kept in its own separate database, with daily backups. Your team can use 2-step login, and each person gets their own role.

Yes. Agencies in the US, UK, UAE, Canada and elsewhere can pay in dollars. India is our first focus, so payments, GST invoices and WhatsApp habits are built in from day one.
